Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking an experienced FX and CFD Sales Manager for its client’s Sydney CBD office. You will lead a growing sales team, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with marketing and partnerships to scale direct and indirect channels.

The role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions, with a focus on building broker/partner relationships and expanding institutional ties in a fast-paced financial markets environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience with an established track record of sales achievements and managerial experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Set and structure different Sales team targets and remunerations.
• Ensure all Sales management, supervising and monitoring targets are achieved monthly and yearly
• Responsible for Sales coaching and monitoring.
• Business development and expansion of direct and indirect, including introduction of Brokers/Partners/Institutional
• Coordinate and participate in business development roadshows and market events
• Establish new B2C and B2B relationships with Retail and Institutional clients and business partners
• Create lead-capturing initiatives to generate higher-quality leads
• Organise educational seminars
• Assist marketing to develop strong marketing channels with media to build brand image
• Recruit, develop and coach Sales subordinates to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day sales operations locally
• Report to Head of Global Sales and global CEO
