Queensland Government’s Future Leaders Graduate program offers a two-year pathway designed to support graduates with disability, providing hands-on experience across agencies, mentorship, and tailored workplace adjustments.

You'll rotate through areas like governance, finance, HR, procurement, project management, public policy, and analytics, while receiving development opportunities, supportive networks, and pathways to meaningful public service careers.

Qualifications

• Identify as a person with disability.
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or visa with unrestricted work rights.
• Willing to undergo employment screening and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Queensland Government to gain hands-on experience.
• Tackle real-world challenges and contribute to public sector initiatives.
