Responsibilities

• Expose yourself to diverse areas such as corporate governance, finance, grants and contract management, HR, procurement, project management, public administration, policy development, research and analytics, and strategic communications.
• Contribute to initiatives that shape the future of Queensland and support housing, health, education, and economic development.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities and receive mentorship and peer support.
• Engage in public sector projects and support career progression through structured rotations.
• Work across teams to deliver results and learn how government programs are implemented.
• Assist in delivering public policy development and program administration tasks.
• Develop professional networks through networking opportunities and formal training.
