The Future Leaders Graduate program is a two-year entry path into a public sector career with the Queensland Government. You will rotate across agencies to gain hands-on experience and tackle real-world challenges that shape communities.

You’ll receive development opportunities, mentoring, networking, and a path into policy, governance, finance, HR, procurement, and project management within a dynamic public service.

• Gain rotation across corporate governance, finance, grants and contract management, HR.
• Contribute to procurement, project management, and public administration initiatives.
• Support public policy development, research and analytics, and strategic communications.
