Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed between 31 October 2025 and 31 January 2028.
• Open to graduates from all degrees and disciplines.
• Eligibility includes Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Queensland Government to gain hands-on experience.
• Contribute to initiatives shaping housing, health, education and economy.
• Engage in learning, mentoring and networking opportunities.
• Support diverse policy development and project management efforts.
