Grill’d is seeking Experienced/Senior Team Members & Future Leaders for Robina, Gold Coast. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality team, manage key stations, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

This part-time role emphasizes training, mentoring new team members, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations. Ideal candidates bring leadership, teamwork, and a passion for great burgers and vibes, with flexibility to cover weekdays, nights, and weekends.
