Grill’d in Melbourne's Inner South is hiring Team Leaders & Experienced Team Members for part-time roles across our bustling venues. You will lead by example, oversee stations, and ensure top-notch guest experiences during peak and off-peak hours.

We value strong service, positivity, and teamwork, plus opportunities to mentor new staff. Flexibility for weekdays, nights, and weekends is required; candidates must have the right to work in Australia.

Your Role as a Team Leader

As a seasoned pro, you’ll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. You’ll be:

• Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.
• Taking ownership of key stations - grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
• Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
• Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
