Grill’d is seeking Experienced/Senior Team Members & Future Leaders to join our Springfield Orion team. You’ll lead by example, take on key stations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role as a Future Leader

As a seasoned pro, you’ll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. You’ll be:

• Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.
• Taking ownership of key stations - grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
• Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
• Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
