Coates Group is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to translate emerging customer needs and technology possibilities into testable concepts across physical, digital and service environments. You’ll connect discovery with experimentation, collaborating with engineering and product teams to guide future investments and opportunities.

The role emphasizes a strong design portfolio, accessibility principles and familiarity with AI-enabled experiences, in a dynamic, globally connected crew.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in experience, interaction, service or product design.
• Strong portfolio covering concept development, journey design, interface design and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary design and prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting or supporting concept validation and usability testing.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design and design-system principles.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled, adaptive or emerging-technology experiences is desirable.

• Investigate customer, operational and business behaviours through contextual research and stakeholder engagement.
• Map end-to-end experiences across people, processes, environments and technology.
• Synthesize insights into clearly framed opportunity hypotheses and assumptions.
• Design experiments and validation activities with clear learning objectives.
• Translate insights into future-state journeys, service concepts and prototypes.
• Facilitate collaborative discovery and evaluation with internal teams, clients and partners.
• Capture and communicate research findings and recommendations for executives and clients.
• Develop reusable patterns and assets to speed exploration and iteration.
