Supreme Furniture in Sydney is urgently seeking Retail Sales Consultants to join our expanding team across several homemaker centres. This is a high-performance sales role where strong closing skills and product knowledge are essential in competitive environments.

As part of a dynamic retail brand, you will engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive weekly sales targets while ensuring showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience (furniture or high-value items preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Engage and greet customers in the showroom environment
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and guide customers through selections
• Drive sales and consistently achieve weekly targets
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock movement
• Assemble products when required and maintain showroom standards
