Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking an experienced funds/property financial controller in Sydney to oversee financial control and day‑to‑day fund operations. You will manage outsourced providers and lead NAV calculations, forecasting and financing arrangements while ensuring compliance.

The role requires prior funds or property sector experience as a FM or Senior FM, exceptional communication, and a proactive work approach in a high-growth, boutique environment. Sponsorship welcome for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Relevant client experience in funds or property sector as a FM or Senior FM.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
• Strong work ethic with initiative and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review work by outsourced providers (fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers).
• Lead financial reporting, NAV calculations, and cashflow forecasting.
• Assist with financing arrangements and compliance.
• Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, external Accountants & Auditors and bankers.
