Job summary

yourtown is seeking a commercially minded Innovation Lead (Product Owner - Customer Products) to shape and grow our fundraising products, including lottery concepts, balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes. You will work with Marketing, Digital, Finance and Customer Experience to identify opportunities and develop new revenue streams.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner/PM responsible for commercial or customer-facing products.
Strong commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Experience developing business cases and translating insights into action.
Creative and strategic thinker able to challenge assumptions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team influence.
Exposure to fundraising, subscription, lottery or other revenue-generating environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products from discovery to delivery and optimization.
Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned to growth and revenue objectives.
Use customer insights and market trends to inform product decisions.
Build business cases and evaluate opportunities for new products and enhancements.
Lead product performance optimization across acquisition, retention, engagement and revenue.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life and drive commercial success.
