Job summary

Citco is hiring for a senior Investor Relations-focused role within Fund Administration in Sydney. You will supervise Investor Relations specialists, participate in staff development, and ensure accurate reconciliations, reporting, and client communications.

You will drive process improvements, SLA governance, and regulatory awareness while delivering superior client service. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5+ years in financial services, leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/business or related field.
• Min 5 years in financial services, hedge funds or client service with accounting/reporting exposure.
• Experience managing and training staff / people leadership.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including KYC/AML.
• Strong client relationship skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with large data volumes.
• Ability to work independently and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of work performed by Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists.
• Participation in training of team members; assist Account Manager with staff development plans.
• Review of trade packs, statements and NAVs.
• Monitor and ensure investor transactions are reconciled and documentation is complete.
• Review and approval of cash receipts and payments.
• Develop and review custom client reporting; liaise with IT to automate reporting.
• Review of investor and client correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to controls and procedures; contribute to management reports.
• Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements.
• Provide excellent service to investors and clients through direct contact and team support.
• Lead as a subject matter expert for the department.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory/compliance environment affecting services and clients.
• Participate in projects as required.

About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Supervision of work performed by Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists
• Participation in training of team members; assisting the Account Manager in preparation and execution of staff development plans
• Review of trade packs, statements and NAVs
• Monitoring and ensuring that investor transactions are properly reconciled and all documentation is complete
• Review and approval of cash receipts and payments
• Development and review of custom client reporting; liaising with IT to automate custom reporting
• Review of investor and client correspondence
• Ensuring adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reports
• Developing and monitoring Service Level Agreements
• Provide excellent service to both investors and clients through both direct contact and support of your team
• Taking a leadership role as a subject matter expert for the department
• Maintaining knowledge of current regulatory and compliance environment as it effects our services and/or clients
• Participating in projects when required

Qualifications

About You:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting , Finance, Business related area
• Min 5 in Financial Services, preferably Hedge Fund Administration and / or Client Service with some exposure to accounting and performance reporting
• Experience managing and training staff / people leadership
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) policies
• Strong client relationship skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Ability to work independently and understand when to escape
• Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures
