Job summary

CSC in Sydney seeks a senior fund services professional to manage the end-to-end Fund/SPV administration for a portfolio of Real Estate/Private Equity entities. You will drive service delivery, client relationships and process improvements, while coordinating audits, tax filings and billing.

The role requires 7+ years in fund administration, professional accounting qualifications, and strong IFRS/AAS knowledge, with leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7 years plus of relevant work experience in fund houses or fund administration.
• Experience in trust accounting, NAV calculation and tax compliance reporting.
• Professional Accounting Qualification is a must.
• Broad understanding of IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards (AAS).
• Strong team spirit with ability to work independently.
• Excellent people management skills and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery for Fund/SPV administration.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and year-end financial statements with notes.
• Coordinate year-end audits and local tax filings, and payment services for units.
• Act as central contact for Australian client accounts.
• Coach and review work to ensure high standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors and property managers.
• Lead KYC coordination and client acceptance and review documentation.
• Oversee billing and timely fee collection.
• Support Australia business growth and participate in proposals.
