Job summary

Charter Hall’s Diversified Finance team is seeking a Fund Accountant to support the financial discipline behind our funds strategy and deliver accurate, well-managed reporting for investors.

You’ll own monthly fund reporting, participate in lifecycle financials, collaborate with fund managers, auditors and tax advisors, and help streamline processes to enable rapid, reliable growth of the Diversified platform.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards an equivalent.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Exposure to reporting and analytic skills with accounting systems package.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Own core fund reporting and analysis.
• Support financial integrity across the fund lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Fund Managers, transaction teams, auditors, tax advisors and broader Finance.
• Help drive better ways of working by identifying process improvements.
• Contribute to growth of the Diversified platform through onboarding of new properties and funds.
