Project Manager – Enterprise Data Management

• Lead the regional implementation of the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Policy and Procedures, ensuring alignment with global governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of EDM projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
• Utilize Rimes/Matrix platforms for data sourcing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation of data management solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
• Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables

What you will do:

• Project Delivery Responsibility

Responsible for delivery and project management /implementation projects

Work closely with the Implementation Engineers and Implementation Content Analysts to ensure successful project delivery

• Scope Management

Ensure the smooth transition from the pre-sales project team with a clear understanding of the implementation project scope and what is not in scope and also identification of any deviation

Responsible for the ongoing management of scope via the agreed change management process

• Planning

Responsible for defining overall plan of the project through consultation and agreement

Responsible for ongoing critical path, overall plan management and status reporting

Consult and agree with Implementation Managers the project timelines and deadlines

Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure that all project dependencies will be delivered on time
