Job summary

Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data and analytics initiatives across the organization. You will shape strategy, develop business cases, and manage delivery across multiple business units.

Reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager, you will oversee planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and change management practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior project manager in a complex organization, preferably delivering enterprise-wide data, analytics, digital or similar transformation.
• Experience delivering projects on any public clouds like Google etc.
• Strong experience working with agile frameworks within cross-functional agile projects.
• Proven ability to work to a structured delivery framework.
• Skillful application of well-designed change management and communication processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports the customer and project director in the development of a business case.
• Determines objectives and measures for project evaluation with focus on benefits.
• Creates detailed work plans in the PPM tool.
• Determines resources required to complete the project.
• Reviews the project schedule with senior management and adjusts as needed.
• Oversees project execution and ensures alignment with plan.
• Documents information in PPM to secure project data.
• Collaborates with external parties to ensure quality outcomes.
• Applies change management methodologies in implementation of projects.
• Monitors progress and adjusts to ensure timely delivery.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks.
• Reviews project quality against standards.
