Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, retail, merchandising, or hybrid role.
• Willingness to pivot between tasks when store gets busy.
• Reliable, punctual and ready to contribute.
• Able to perform physical requirements (standing, manual handling).
• Good communication to confidently assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, put away, and manage incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Merchandise store displays to keep showroom stocked and attractive.
• Support Sales team with face-to-face and phone inquiries during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, safe dispatch and store environment.
• Collaborate with team to keep back-of-house and front-of-house operations running smoothly.
