You will work closely with Service Advisors, follow manufacturer standards, and contribute to a reputation for reliable, quality workmanship in the Southern Highlands community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent is essential.
• Hands-on dealership or workshop experience is required.
• A current NSW driver licence is mandatory.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability is expected.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail is required.
• Good team communication is important for smooth workshop operation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
• Identify and resolve faults with accuracy and lasting results.
• Complete job cards and documentation clearly.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
