Telstra is hiring a Store Manager in Roma to lead a retail team, drive store performance, and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll coach assistants and senior consultants, manage recruitment, and align local execution with area sales and service objectives.

We’re looking for a proven leader with experience in target-driven retail, who can energise a diverse team, build strong relationships, and develop talent through coaching and succession planning.

As a Telstra Retail Store Manager, you’ll work with your Area Managers to coach and grow your team to greatness. You’ll use your previous retail management experience to lead from the front, helping to inspire the next generation of the retail team.
