Prouds Maitland is seeking a Store Manager to lead your own store, build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

As Store Manager of Prouds Maitland, you'll lead your own business, build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving outstanding results.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention, using your strong planning, organisational and time management skills, to deliver consistently high standards.
