Job summary

Prouds Maitland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance. You will be responsible for coaching staff, building customer relationships and delivering results that reflect the store’s potential.

As part of Australia’s largest jewellery retailer with a long heritage, you will oversee operations, manage inventory and rostering, and lead by example to ensure outstanding service and profitability.

• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and make sound commercial decisions.
