Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Australia (Western Australia). You will lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience while upholding food safety and quality standards, setting the tone for operational excellence. We are looking for full-time candidates (38 hours per week).

We are looking for people that are available on a full time basis, (38 hours a week). Shifts may include early mornings, late nights and weekends.
