Prouds Mount Isa is seeking a Full Time Sales Assistant to engage customers, understand their story and help them choose perfect jewellery or watches.

You will build lasting relationships, present collections to high standards and contribute to achieving sales targets in a supportive team environment. Training and career progression are emphasized, with a weekend-off roster on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, jewellery experience is a bonus.
• Naturally curious and able to start conversations with customers.
• Confident in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Polished presentation and excellent communication skills.

About the role:

As a Sales Assistant at Prouds Mount Isa, you'll do far more than process transactions.

You'll become a trusted advisor, taking the time to understand each customer's story, recommending the perfect jewellery or watch and helping them celebrate some of life's most meaningful occasions with confidence and professionalism.

Creating exceptional customer experiences that customers remember long after they leave the store.

Building genuine relationships that turn first-time customers into lifelong Prouds customers.

Discovering customers' needs and confidently recommending products they'll love.

Identifying opportunities to add value through thoughtful recommendations and complementary products.

Achieving individual and team sales targets while making every customer interaction count.

Assisting with stock management, merchandising and day-to-day store operations.

• Has previous retail or sales experience (jewellery experience is advantageous but certainly not essential) and can be a keyholder from time to time.
