Prouds The Jewellers Bathurst is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant who thrives on connecting with customers and delivering memorable jewellery experiences. You will assist with merchandising, stock presentation and day-to-day store operations while contributing to a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, enjoy building relationships, and are flexible to work a seven-day retail roster. Training and development are provided in jewellery and professional sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Comfort with promoting products and achieving targets.

About The Role

As a Sales Assistant at Prouds Bathurst, you’ll create genuine connections, understand what each customer is looking for and help them find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s special moments.

You’ll also support merchandising, stock presentation and day-to-day store operations while contributing to a supportive, high-performing team.
