Qualifications

• Over 2 years' experience in a drafting role, with precast shop drawing exposure preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required to coordinate with design consultants and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive precast drawing packages for factory production and site installation, including shop drawings and elevations.
• Develop practical, buildable solutions that meet design and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare project-related RFIs and perform quantity take-offs.
• Utilize online platforms for document control of drawings (Aconex, Procore, etc).
