Biggera Waters Pharmacy on the Gold Coast is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly, independent team. We value genuine customer care and a supportive workplace.

You will provide service to customers, assist with OTC enquiries, stock handling, and support pharmacists. Community pharmacy experience is essential; S2/S3 certificates are highly regarded. This is a small, community-focused team.

Immediate start available with a flexible roster in a small, community-focused setting.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has previouscommunity pharmacy experience

Is friendly, confident and genuinely customer-focused

Has strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Can multitask and work confidently in a busy environment

Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

Has experience with pharmacy retail, merchandising and stock control

Is reliable, organised and eager to learn

Enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

S2/S3 experience and pharmacy certificates are highly regarded. Previous community pharmacy experience is essential.

The role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, helpful service to our customers

Assisting with general pharmacy and over-the-counter product enquiries

Receiving, unpacking and putting away stock

Assisting with stock ordering

Keep the shop floor and displays tidy

Supporting the pharmacists and wider pharmacy team with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy

Working roster can be discussed to provide work-life flexibility. The pharmacy is open 8:30am-6pm on weekdays & 9am-2pm on Saturdays (closed on Sundays and Public Holidays). Some weekend work may be required of the successful applicant
