United Chemists North Shore is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community. You will oversee daily operations, support your team, ensure safe dispensing, and provide professional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent).
• Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work weekends on a rotating roster.
• Prepared to work as Pharmacist in Charge (with training provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacist Manager.
• Ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medications.
• Provide professional healthcare advice and counselling on medicines use.
• Deliver pharmacy services including vaccinations and clinical services where applicable.
• Manage dispensary workflow and ensure compliant operations.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy legislation and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers.
• Support achievement of service, care and business objectives.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring professional standards are maintained while supporting your team to provide outstanding customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Pharmacist Manager and team in the daily operation of the pharmacy
• Ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications
• Providing professional healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines
• Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable
• Managing dispensary workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations

• Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care, and business objectives
