Job description

Job Description

Care Forum is an NDIS registered provider based in Casula, Sydney, committed to providing personalised, compassionate and reliable support to people with disability and their families.

Our core strengths are Carer Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, Behaviour Support, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Group Homes. We focus on building genuine relationships with participants, understanding their individual needs, preferences and goals, and providing support that promotes dignity, choice, independence and quality of life.

A large part of Care Forum's participant community comes through word-of-mouth recommendations and referrals from families and people who have experienced our services. We see this as a reflection of the trust families place in our team.

At Care Forum, we believe we are not simply supporting an NDIS plan — we are supporting a person, their family and their journey. Our goal is to make participants feel heard, respected, safe and confident, while giving families the reassurance that their loved one is genuinely cared for.
