Qualifications

• Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, Health, or related field, or working towards.
• Experience supporting people with disability in an NDIS environment.
• Knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ShiftCare, Employment Hero, and Microsoft 365 (desirable).
• Genuine passion for inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to achieve their goals using person-centred practices.
• Promote independence, social inclusion, and community participation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Disability Support Workers.
• Assist with program planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
• Advocate for participants and contribute to positive outcomes.
