Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to lead the café and food service operations on a full-time basis. You will work with the Food Services Manager to ensure safe, high-quality meals and efficient service.

This hands-on role covers rostering, stock, safety documentation and continuous improvement, in a supportive healthcare environment. LRH offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional development, staff wellbeing access, and a range of staff

Qualifications

• Requires Food Safety Handling Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in food services, preferably healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day LRH café services for efficient service and customer experience.
• Assist managers with rostering, payroll administration, recruitment and onboarding for Food Services staff.
• Monitor stock control, ordering, invoicing, banking and operational reporting.
