Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Current WWCC clearance.
• Understanding of EYLF and national programming processes.
• Knowledge of NQS/NQF framework.

Responsibilities

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Plan and implement meaningful, play-based learning experiences.
• Complete observations and contribute to learning documentation.
• Apply the programming cycle and EYLF to planning and reflection.
• Collaborate with team to develop the educational program.
• Support wellbeing, inclusion and positive relationships.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment.
• Follow service policies and regulatory requirements.
