Job summary

Ram Narayana Ram Service Station and Supermarket Pty Ltd in Mount Garnet, QLD 4872 is seeking a permanent Cook for a full-time role in a busy service station and supermarket kitchen. Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare, season and cook a variety of dishes per menu requirements.
Assist planning of food preparation for smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, fryers).
Portion and present dishes to maintain quality.
Prepare meals to accommodate dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-aware).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment.
Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff.
