Kirinari Community Transport in Lithgow, NSW is seeking a Community Support Worker (Driver) to join our team on a full-time basis. You will provide door-to-door transport to help clients stay independent and living at home, with care and reliability.

The role requires a valid passenger transport licence code, an NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC, as well as First Aid/CPR. You will need a safe driving record, strong communication, and comfort using smartphones and tablets to coordinate

Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks including passenger transport licence code, NDIS Workers Screening Check and WWCC.
• Current First Aid & CPR qualifications.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Excellent communication skills with compassion and patience.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with responsibility.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to use smartphones, tablets and computer programs.

Responsabilités

• The Community Support Worker’s primary responsibility is to assist customers to remain living at home by providing door-to-door transport.
• Transport service should be affordable, caring, reliable and delivered with compassion and integrity.
