Job summary

River Royal Inn in Morpeth NSW is seeking an experienced Chef to join a busy kitchen under a Head Chef and team. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a variety of cuisines and modern, innovative dishes.

You should have at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, be capable of managing your own sections, and demonstrate strong food hygiene and presentation. Roster includes a 5-day work week with roughly 38 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and willing attitude with clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high standard of food.
• Pride in food presentation and top quality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food hygiene compliance and practices.
• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
• Approximately 38 hours per week.
