The role demands a 5-day spread over 7 days, with roughly 38 hours weekly and a strong focus on presentation and customer service. We offer a great starting salary and a supportive kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work 5 days over a 7-day operation.
• Qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and customer-focused attitude with clear communication.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation.
• Ability to manage own sections and deliver high standard of food.
• Pride in food presentation and top quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Food hygiene knowledge and practices.
• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
• Approximately 38 hours per week.
