Mount Cotton Sourdough Bakers in Mount Cotton, QLD is seeking a Full-time Bakery Retail Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service for sourdough, breads, pastries, and coffee, with an emphasis on barista skills and a friendly, presentable personal image.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, 1+ year barista experience, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

Mount Cotton Sourdough Bakers is currently seeking a Full-time Bakery Retail Assistant to join our retail team.

We specialise in traditional Sourdough, Italian and French inspired Breads along with Gourmet Pies, Pastries, Quality Cakes and of course Coffee.

We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for all things coffee.

This role requires weekend availability.
