Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for Eastgardens. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience.

This permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) offers training, career progression to Store Manager, and benefits such as 30% partner discount and wellbeing support. No prior coffee experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in customer-facing roles.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in store leadership roles in hospitality or QSR.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive work environment.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, you’ll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, develop a high‑performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager

We’d love to hear from people who have:
