As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll own end-to-end features across front- and back-end systems, collaborating with the co-founder and product lead to ship high-impact work that improves hiring for recruiters, clients, and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building modern web applications (from the HTML).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Eye for UI/UX detail and frictionless user experiences.
• Comfort with version control, DevOps pipelines, and agile delivery.
• Bonus for SaaS or HR tech platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the stack.
• Develop new product features with clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and data to translate ideas into production-ready features.
• Help shape architecture decisions as we scale our client base.
• Champion engineering best practices, code reviews, CI/CD, automation, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
