Job summary

ReFresh is seeking a full-stack engineer to join our founding team. You'll work across the stack (SvelteKit frontend, Go backend, PostgreSQL) to build compliance workflows, improve UX, and ship complete product features end-to-end in an Australian-based team in Sydney.

You'll collaborate with a small team, own tasks from database to UI, and ensure quality with clean commits and thoughtful PRs. 1–3 years of professional experience is valued, with an emphasis on delivering tangible product

Qualifications

• Proficient with TypeScript; frontend can be SvelteKit or similar.
• Able to read/write Go and debug endpoints in a typed backend.
• Ship complete features from database to UI.
• Ownership mindset: ask questions, test thoroughly, follow up.
• Focus on clean commits and meaningful PR descriptions.
• Based in Australia; Sydney core team collaboration.
• 1-3 years of professional experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine compliance workflows across the full stack.
• Ship complete features from frontend UI to backend API and database.
• Improve UX, transitions, accessibility, and design system consistency.
