Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a leading telecommunications organisation in Melbourne. The role focuses on delivering technology solutions across a complex network environment using C# / .NET / ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL data solutions.

You will work closely with architects, engineers and delivery teams, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to continuous improvement while building robust integrations and reliable backend services

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET in commercial projects.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs with JSON/XML.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a leading telecommunications organisation and support the delivery of technology solutions across a complex network environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using C# / .NET / ASP.NET
• Build, integrate and support REST APIs and web services
• Develop and manage SQL and data solutions
• Build workflows and self-service capabilities to support network operations
• Contribute to solutions that improve reliability through proactive testing and automated responses
• Integrate with enterprise and network management platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration and operational issues
• Work closely with architects, engineers, technical SMEs and delivery teams
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation and showcases
• Support technical documentation, production issues and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with technical, project and vendor stakeholders

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET
• Strong backend development and API integration experience
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, with knowledge of JSON and XML
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The team works across telecommunications and networking environments, with exposure to platforms such as Splunk, Elastic and Nokia SMP, as well as network automation, workflows and enterprise system integrations. Any experience in these areas will be highly regarded.
