Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex HFC and networking solutions within a large-scale telecommunications environment.

You will contribute to the HFC architecture roadmap, provide technical direction across networking and supporting systems, and collaborate with engineering, delivery, vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in telecommunications, networking or technology.
• Proven HFC/DOCSIS design and delivery experience.
• Strong architecture governance and stakeholder management.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, and gRPC/gNMI.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the HFC architecture roadmap across products and portfolios.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex HFC and networking solutions.
• Apply strong networking knowledge across the OSI stack, including DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP and gRPC/gNMI.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve network capability and customer experience.
• Develop architecture designs and roadmaps aligned to business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Manage architecture risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support testing, deployment and transition into production.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to delivery and engineering teams.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and equipment providers.
• Partner with CTO and technology teams on emerging technologies and advancements.

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex HFC and networking solutions within a large-scale telecommunications environment. Knowledge & Skills Required:

• 10+ years' experience in telecommunications, networking or technology.
• Strong Solution or Network Architecture experience.
• Proven HFC / DOCSIS experience, ideally within a telco or service provider.
• Strong understanding of networking across the OSI stack.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, gRPC/gNMI or similar technologies.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex network solutions.
• Strong architecture governance, roadmap and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience taking solutions from design through testing, deployment and production.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
