Smith Brothers Media is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our Melbourne team, delivering high-impact digital solutions across startups and enterprise clients.

You'll work with React, Flutter and Ruby on Rails, collaborating with design, strategy and campaign teams, owning features end-to-end from planning through deployment and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong experience with React or Flutter.
• Experience using Git-based workflows and code reviews.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers on client projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
• Contribute to technical planning, solution design and project scoping.
• Translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and internal teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Review code and uphold development standards.
• Manage tasks with ClickUp, Harvest and other project tools.
• Identify and resolve technical issues through the project lifecycle.
• Support security, reliability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to teams and clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tech stack.
