Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) in Sydney is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build and ship AI‑driven applications within the Integration & Automation team. You will work on greenfield projects and enterprise integrations, focusing on expanding AI‑assisted development and agentic systems in production. This is a 12‑month contract.

Collaborate with stakeholders, own end‑to‑end delivery, and help shape scalable solutions across broadcasting and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full‑stack development with depth in at least one area; experience with TS/JS, C#, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, tool use, memory and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms, including authentication, APIs and webhooks.
• Bonus: media/broadcast, Docker/Kubernetes, RAG/vector databases, Azure automation, or open‑source AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and shape practical solutions.
• Design, build and deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack applications across frontend, backend, data models and deployment.
• Architect and implement AI agent systems, including tool use, memory, MCP servers, and guardrails.
• Integrate solutions with broadcast and business platforms, including sales systems, Azure services, and third‑party APIs/webhooks; coach team on AI best practices.
