As a Fulfilment Manager, you will lead, manage and support the Fulfilment team to ensure customer orders are accurately picked in full and on time. You are accountable for the eCom team's Fulfilment, Dispatch, and Collection (where applicable), ensuring the best customer experience every time with orders packed with care, freshest quality, completeness, and timely handover with excellent customer service. You will lead the fulfilment team in completing the picking and packing of all picking sessions in a safe manner whilst providing a great team experience. Customer focused approach to providing the freshest fresh and complete basket for each order. As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
