Job summary

Officeworks is seeking a Fulfilment Point and Last Mile Fulfilment Manager to lead a small team and shape our order management and delivery strategy across Australia. The role focuses on optimising the fulfilment network, improving service levels and driving cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Head of Transport, Last Mile and International Fulfilment, delivering strategic initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, fulfilment or network optimisation.
• Proven people leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong project management for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of fulfilment networks, inventory management and transport operations.
• Experience with order/transport management systems or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person team and build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee OMS and TMS implementation across the fulfilment network.
• Balance delivery service levels, sales, inventory and cost-to-serve.
• Improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Align delivery promises with fulfilment capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain projects and reporting.
• Partner with Technology to deliver system enhancements.
• Engage with DCs, Transport and Supply Chain Ops to align capabilities.
• Collaborate on network changes and store-node utilisation.
