Job summary

Australian Terminal Operations Management Pty Ltd (ATOM) invites applications for a Terminal Manager to lead the Gladstone fuel terminals. The role has end-to-end accountability for safety, reliability and performance, with responsibility for people, budgets and asset integrity.

You will drive HSSEQ performance, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met while delivering continuous improvement across the terminal network.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced operational leader in terminal operations or similar.
• Strong HSSEQ leadership capability and safety culture.
• Experience managing operational budgets and assets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
• Strong risk management and problem solving abilities.
• Structured, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Champion ATOM's safety culture and lead HSSEQ performance.
• Oversee safe receipt, storage and distribution of fuels; ensure reliable operations.
• Lead MoC processes for site improvements and upgrades.
• Manage operational and maintenance budgets and support capex planning.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and regulators; share best practices.
• Provide marine interface oversight as Shore Officer for safe vessel discharge.
