Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in telecommunications construction, with a focus on project management.
• Formal qualifications in project or leadership management.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Knowledge of IP networking, logistics, Wi‑Fi, security, and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and cost-effective delivery of projects across the portfolio.
• Manage deployment and rollout of FTTP infrastructure.
• Oversee quality assurance for construction works by subcontractors.
• Liaise with developers and consultants on specs, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies across the construction division.
• Manage resources across the region and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and project partners.
