Job summary

Future Generation Snowy 2.0 is seeking a Project Engineer for the Power Station Complex FRP Works to manage on-site technical matters, scheduling, resourcing, and quality control. The role involves coordinating with multi-discipline teams, subcontractors, and the construction department to deliver safety-first, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, recognised by Engineers Australia.
• White Card.
• Driver's License.
• Minimum 5-years' experience in Civil Construction on large-scale projects delivering Structural Concrete (Form, Reo, Pour).
• Experience with large-scale FRP packages mandatory.
• Experience with interfacing Electro-Mechanical works or other trades preferred.
• Strong safety focus and environmental zero-harm commitment.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and WHS Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction methodologies, programme and SWMS for given packages.
• Lead subcontract works for the structural FRP fitout of the Power Station Complex, coordinating with the project team.
• Oversee development and implementation of construction methods onsite in consultation with senior engineers.
• Monitor productivity and cost; report weekly and monthly.
• Procurement of permanent materials / subcontracts.
• Manage and develop site personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
