Job summary

Open Arms – Veterans & Families Counselling seeks a Practice Officer (APS 4) to deliver frontline customer service in person and by phone, and to provide administrative support to regional clinical teams. The role spans multiple service delivery streams with potential supervision of Level 3 Service Support Officers.

Qualifications

• Front line customer service experience.
• Ability to provide administrative support across multiple functions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face to face and telephony customer service at front reception and for clients accessing Open Arms services.
• Provide operational and administrative support to regional clinical service delivery staff.
• Work across multiple functions and service delivery streams and supervise Level 3 Service Support Officers.
